Delete your account
You can delete your Fantasy Playoff Builder account and its data at any time. Nothing changes on Sleeper: your Sleeper account and leagues are never touched.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Fantasy Playoff Builder and sign in.
- On Home, tap Account (top right).
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Read what will happen to each of your leagues, type
DELETE, and confirm.
It happens right away, and you're signed out. Joined as a guest? Tap Remove this device's guest access on the same screen instead.
What gets deleted
- Your account: your sign-in, email address, display name and linked Sleeper username.
- Your league memberships and the notices you dismissed.
- The app-verification keys and security records tied to your account.
- Your sign-in with our sign-in provider. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke the app's access.
What happens to your leagues
- Leagues where you're the only admin and others remain: the longest-standing member becomes admin, so the league keeps going.
- Leagues where you're the only member: deleted, with their playoff formats.
- All other leagues: you're removed; the league stays as it is for everyone else.
The app lists exactly which leagues fall in each group before you confirm.
Can't open the app?
Email support@sovranstudios.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you use Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us so and we'll help you confirm it's you.
We delete your account and data within 30 days of your request and email you when it's done.
What we keep
Only a record that an account was deleted and when, with no name or email, so its old sign-in can't be used again. Copies in our providers' routine backups expire on their own schedule.
